Body Harmony can help you move forward in leaps and bounds, on every level, from Physical, through Emotional to Spiritual.  We work hands on, to create easier movement, improved posture and more ease in your body. Your posture reflects your mindset. Body Harmony helps you develop new mindsets easily and effectively by aligning posture and mindset. As a consequence you feel better, and live a more pleasurable and fulfilling life physically, emotionally and spiritually.

There are a number of courses offered by the Canberra Body Harmony School. Each class or Series of classes provide fertile ground for personal development and life transformation. Each course you participate in is also recognised as part of practitioner training in Body Harmony.

Body Harmony Five Module Series

Learn the foundation concepts of Body Harmony. Over Five weekends, you will learn the basics of Practitioner Training. Some of us come to Body Harmony planning to be practitioners, others don’t. Regardless of whether you wish to practice Body Harmony or not, the skills learnt in the Five Module Series, are life changing skills, that will improve your life in ways you didn’t imagine.

Intention Manifestation Protocols

The Intention Manifestation (IM) Protocols, are a sequence of sessions designed to help you get more of what you want in your life, with a quality of life that is truly satisfying and enriching for you. Don and Linda McFarland, Duncan Hogg and Ginna Carruthers designed IM, to address every aspect of your body and persona, including areas sometimes overlooked in sessions. IM is Applied Body Harmony – The Art and Science of Body Harmony applied to every facet of your body, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Until now, IM has only been taught in the one month Program in Noosa, once a year.

Developmental Stages Body Harmony Courses are based on the Erik Erikson’s Eight Stages of Psychological Development. These Developmental stages are stages of psychological, emotional, social and physiological growth that contribute most significantly to a persons most fundamental sense of identity. This is the Core Identity and physical disposition that shapes ones life-behaviour.

Developmental Stages Courses allow you to understand each stage. You will explore your own experience of each of these stages and gain a sense of what your experience has been on the continuum of possibilities. Then you have the opportunity to change your mindset, your experience of each stage. Coming from a place of knowledge, you can explore and develop a new experience of the stage. This then has the potential to have incredible impact on your life, and your relationships.

Training and Development Sessions

Potential participants can get a taste of the Body Harmony experience, and concepts that are taught in more detail in Seminars. Seminar Participants practice what they have learnt in seminars, and develop skills further.
